FaceRoles is operated by Supernatural. We are committed to protecting your privacy.

2. What We Collect

Photos: Group photos you upload are processed to generate readings. Photos are stored in secure cloud storage and retained for up to 30 days to allow you to access your results.

Device information: We collect a browser fingerprint and IP address hash solely to enforce daily usage limits and prevent abuse. We do not track you across websites.

Payment data: Payment processing is handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy. We receive order confirmations but never see or store your credit card details.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to provide the Service: generating face readings, delivering results, processing payments, and preventing abuse. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following services to operate FaceRoles:

Supabase (database and storage), Vercel (web hosting), Lemon Squeezy (payment processing), and Cloudflare (DNS and security). Each service has its own privacy policy.

5. Data Retention

Group photos and reading results are retained for up to 30 days. After this period, photos are automatically deleted. Payment records are retained as required by applicable tax and accounting laws.

6. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at hello@faceroles.com. Since FaceRoles does not require accounts, we may ask you to provide your result URL to identify your data.

7. Cookies

FaceRoles does not use tracking cookies or advertising pixels. We may use essential cookies for basic functionality such as session management.

8. Children

FaceRoles is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
